This FINCA makes an excellent family home or BED & BREAKFAST or an excellent business. The CORTIJO is fenced all around and comes with water well, main electric and telephone land line. Access is fine just 3 km by tarmac track from the nearest town and 15 minutes approx. to Granada city.
The FINCA offers landscape area around the house, including a large swimming-pool, BBQ area, parking spaces,… a contemporary living within a beautifully presented characteristic rustic home.

All rooms have terrace or balcony with fantastic country views, tv and central heating.

The outside area has night lighting and the garden has been created to be low maintenance. Several paths takes you round the house to the front and porch area of the property.
