The HOUSE is located in Tocon, a small and tranquil village just 10 minutes from the A92 motorway which connect easily with Granada, Malaga or Seville.
The house consists on lounge-sitting room, double bedroom, smart basic kitchen with chimney and through here there is a shower room.
Small covered patio leads to the upper level by ouside staircase. In this level we find 2 rooms/bedrooms which were used long time ago like storages. There are wood beams and ceillings.
The house has main electricity, water, drains and telephone land line.
The house is liveable on a basic standard.
Granada city is only at 25 mins drive, Sierra Nevada ski slopes at less than an hour, beach at 50 minutes drive.
